Colchester Rovers have organised track racing for many years, they were using Colchester University running track in the 1980s and 1990s. They now use Shrub End Community & Sports Centre, which is a community facility managed by Colchester United Community Foundation.
The Colchester Rovers grass track meeting on 29 June 2025 is part of The Lloyds Bank National Grass Track Series.
